Decoration possibilities
In-Mould-Labelling (IML)
In the packaging industry, in-mould labelling is used as an alternative to offset printing. Thanks to the in-mould label, there are hardly any technical boundaries as regards design, and even elaborate design solutions can be realised. IML is a printed polypropylene film that is placed directly in the plastic injection mould of the bucket, before subsequently being moulded with the bucket during the injection process. We have many years of experience with this procedure and are in constant contact with leading IML manufacturers.
Offset printing
Offset printing is an indirect planographic process that is commonly found in package printing. By means of this process, printing is not done directly from the printing plate onto paper. Rather, the paint is transferred to the container via a print roller, the so-called blanket cylinder.
Offset printing is the printing form with the longest history of printing on plastic containers. By means of this printing process, groku offers you the possibility of printing your containers with up to six colours.
Print layout
We operate exclusively with selected and experienced printing houses. To ensure that the print is completely compliant with your requirements, all print layouts require prior customer approval before going to print. Needless to say, the quality of the data supplied also has a decisive impact on the result.
